You will own delivery for our Bangladesh projects end to end, working across two offices and a four-hour time difference. This is a role with real authority: you run the project, not a slice of it.
Streamline Technologies is an Austrian software company. From Vienna and Dhaka we build and run production software for European clients, and we develop our own products — Fastrecord, Lino, Keepiko and AskLunis. Our Dhaka team delivers our Bangladesh projects jointly with the engineers in Vienna: same codebase, same review standards, same decisions.
What you'll do
- Plan and run delivery for our Bangladesh projects: scope, schedule, budget and risk
- Coordinate daily between the Dhaka team and the engineers in Vienna, so both sides work to one plan
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Act as the single point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Track progress and raise blockers early, in writing the client can actually read
- Keep documentation, decisions and change requests current
What you bring
- 4+ years managing software delivery, at least two as the responsible project manager
- Practical agile experience (Scrum or Kanban) — applied, not only certified
- Strong written and spoken English; you will write to Vienna every working day
- Comfortable with a daily overlap window across the four-hour time difference
- Able to follow a technical discussion closely enough to judge risk
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Also useful: public-sector or government project experience in Bangladesh, familiarity with Angular / Node.js / NestJS projects, German.
