You will teach people who are starting from zero — including women entering the IT sector for the first time — and take them to the point where they can earn from these skills. The outcome we measure is not attendance. It is what learners can do afterwards.
Streamline Technologies is an Austrian software company. From Vienna and Dhaka we build and run production software for European clients, and we develop our own products — Fastrecord, Lino, Keepiko and AskLunis. Our Dhaka team delivers our Bangladesh projects jointly with the engineers in Vienna.
What you'll do
- Deliver classroom and hybrid training in basic IT, web development, AI tools and freelancing skills
- Teach complete beginners, patiently and in their own language
- Adapt the curriculum and prepare practical exercises, labs and project work
- Assess learners and give clear, usable feedback
- Support programme reporting: attendance, completion and outcomes
- Travel to district training centres when a programme requires it
What you bring
- Teaching or corporate-training experience with adult learners
- Working knowledge of MS Office, internet and online-safety basics, WordPress or similar no-code tools, AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva, and freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr
- Fluent Bangla and working English
- Genuine interest in teaching people who start from nothing
- Willingness to travel within Bangladesh
Also useful: experience in a government or donor-funded training programme; your own freelancing track record; basic Python or web development.
